A coaching programme designed to accompany you as you navigate a period of change in your life.
Structure: a total of 6 coaching sessions (1 hour each), every 2 to 4 weeks. I recommend having the first 3 sessions closely and spacing them thereafter.
Who is this for ? the programme is ideal for those who are at the start of a life or career transition or in the midst of it.
What we talk about ? In our first session, we will set clear objectives and/or a direction for the coaching programme. As the client, you bring the agenda for each session.
Outcome: a safe and non-judgemental space where you can reflect on who you are as a person going through this time of your life, make sense of the uncertainty you might be facing, look at your mindset and how it’s supporting you (or not!).
