From hands-on expert to impactful leader
As you gain seniority and climb up the ranks, your success is no longer just about technical expertise.
Your performance as a leader hinges increasingly on your people skills, your ability to manage teams, to influence and communicate effectively.
At this level of your career, new tools are needed to help you build the resilience required to deal with the pressure that comes with more responsibilities and complex decision-making.
You might face specific challenges in a new role, perhaps coming in as a new manager in an organisation that is being restructured. Or seeking fresh ways to develop your leadership and contribute in a more impactful way to your organisation.
And in addition to all that, balancing ambition with your wellbeing and your personal life also comes into the equation.
Being a great leader is not solely about driving income and profit.
As we enter the age of AI, what will set you apart as a great leader will be your human qualities and the courage to make a meaningful impact on your company and the people you work with.
This is where Executive Coaching comes in. As a Coach, I provide you with the space to work on your professional and personal growth so you can confidently grow into the leader you want to be.
When you develop a greater understanding of your strengths, your blind spots, the ways in which you may limit yourself, you become more equipped to put in place new solutions.
When you develop a greater understanding of your environment, who you work with, what’s the context in which you are operating, you empower the people around you and you focus on what matters to grow your business.
My story
I spent the first chapter of my working life in the fast-paced finance sector and I understand perfectly well the thrills but also the struggles of a demanding career.
I worked internationally at three major European investment banks, going through all the ranks, from intern to head of my team. My areas of business were project finance, specialized lending and sustainable finance.
I experienced successes such as leading major transactions with prominent clients, integrating rapidly and smoothly into new roles by leveraging my strengths and setting up a team from the ground up.
I also experienced times of doubt, burnout, overwhelm and failures, all of which have helped me in hindsight to develop more resilience and perspective and inform my coaching approach today.
And whilst my career has been and always will be important to me, I have developed strategies and healthy boundaries to balance work with other equally important areas of my life such as my personal relationships, my health and my hobbies.
In 2025, following an ICF-accredited training, I founded my Life & Career and Executive Coaching business, pivoting to a new chapter of my career which carries the meaning and purpose I’m seeking at this stage of my life. My aim and joy as a coach is to see my clients transform into the best version of themselves.
My mission as an Executive Coach
My mission as an Executive Coach is to equip managers, business leaders and high-potential individuals with the emotional intelligence, soft skills and the necessary perspective required to perform at the next level, in a way that maximises their strengths and develops their confidence and awareness — strengthening your organisation’s leadership as well as your talent pipeline.
I do that by providing one-to-one coaching sessions focused on leadership development, career progression and succession readiness in the context of your organisation’s business objectives
