A bit about me
My background is in the fast-paced finance sector
and I understand perfectly well the thrills but also the struggles of a demanding career. I worked internationally at two major European banks, going through all the ranks, from intern to head of my team. I experienced successes such as leading major transactions with prominent clients and setting up a team from scratch. I also experienced times of doubt, overwhelm and failures, all of which have helped me in hindsight to develop more resilience and wisdom and become the person I am today. Whilst my career has been and always will be important to me, I have developed strategies to balance work with other equally important areas of my life such as my personal relationships, my health and my hobbies.
A bit about me
I’m naturally driven towards learning. A natural empath, I enjoy connecting with others and forging strong and trustworthy relationships.
Integrity & ethics, as my work as a coach is done according to the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.
I'm passionate about self development and I love to see people becoming empowered and driven towards achieving what they set their minds to. Having myself been coached many times, I believe in the transformative and uplifting power of coaching. I started to coach others by chance, whilst doing charity work. As I’m currently working towards getting fully qualified as an ICF-accredited coach, my commitment to you is to support you as best as I can and accompany you in reaching tangible outcomes.
