Becoming an authentic, impactful & conscious leader

As you gain seniority and climb up the ranks, your success is no longer just about technical expertise.

Your performance as a leader hinges increasingly on your people skills, your ability to manage teams, to influence and communicate effectively, your resilience with respect to the pressure that comes with more responsibilities and your ability to take strategic decisions in an ever-changing context.

And in addition to that, balancing ambition with your wellbeing and your personal life also comes into the equation.

Being a great leader is not solely about driving income and profit.

Being a great leader is also about impact, presence, strategic vision and empathy. This can be learned, but not in the typical “classroom” way: this is where Executive Coaching comes in.

When you develop a greater understanding of your strengths, your blind spots, your response to stress and challenges, you maximise your performance.

When you develop a greater understanding of your environment, who you work with, what’s the context in which you are operating, you empower the people around you and you focus on what matters to grow your business.

Who I work with

Becoming a manager is an exciting new step in one’s career, yet it can also be intimidating and lonely. Very often, what used to worked when you were a team member doesn’t work anymore when you become a manager. The pressure becomes different too. Suddenly, you find yourself “in the middle of the sandwich”, by receiving pressure from senior management from the top and pressure from your team from the bottom.

My promise to you as a coach is to support you as you grow into your new role, understand how to make the best out of your existing strengths, help you see your blind spots and embrace that new identity as a leader.

First-time managers

As a member of Senior Management or of the Executive Team, you need to deal with decision-making in an uncertain environment, where tomorrow might literally be different than yesterday.

My promise to you as a coach is to challenge you !

My story

I spent the first chapter of my working life in the fast-paced finance sector and I understand perfectly well the thrills but also the struggles of a demanding career.

I worked internationally at three major European investment banks, going through all the ranks, from intern to head of my team. My areas of business were project finance, specialized lending and sustainable finance.

I experienced successes such as leading major transactions with prominent clients, integrating rapidly and smoothly into new roles by leveraging my strengths and setting up a team from the ground up.

I also experienced times of doubt, burnout, overwhelm and failures, all of which have helped me in hindsight to develop more resilience and perspective and inform my coaching approach today.

And whilst my career has been and always will be important to me, I have developed strategies and healthy boundaries to balance work with other equally important areas of my life such as my personal relationships, my health and my hobbies.

In 2025, following an ICF-accredited training, I founded my Life & Career and Executive Coaching business, pivoting to a new chapter of my career which carries the meaning and purpose I’m seeking at this stage of my life. My aim and joy as a coach is to see my clients transform into the best version of themselves.

Working with me

As an Executive Coach, I offer 1-to-1 sessions and I work with you in an open and trustful way. My coaching style builds upon my own work experience and my business acumen, as well as the life experiences that have shaped me. I’ve been told that I bring calm and perspective to my coaching sessions.

I work in line with the world-class coaching standards, principles and code of ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). At the start of our coaching programme, we will take some time to set your objectives, dig deep into your motivations and what you’d like to achieve as part of your coaching journey.

My sessions are non-directive, which means that you, as the Client, bring the agenda and remain in the driver seat. That also means that the work is on you, and that’s a good thing !

I work with you using thought-provoking questioning and proven coaching tools, techniques and exercises. I act as your thinking partner, your sounding board and more likely than not, I’ll be challenging you, always in a respectful way, with the aim of moving your thinking forward so you can reach tangible results.

Where coaching helps

I offer individual sessions to up-and-coming talented individuals, first-time managers, senior leaders and seasoned executives of your organisation. One-to-one coaching is ideal for building self-awareness and confidence as well as unlocking potential. The benefits of coaching can be seen from the 1st session and may even have positive spillover effects on the rest of the team. I pride myself on creating a safe, empathetic and confidential space for my coachees to work towards their goals. Here are some areas where one-to-one coaching would be beneficial:

  • Developing mental resilience and clarity to manage high-stakes situations

  • enhance decision-making skills and manage uncertainty

  • understand one’s leadership style, delegate effectively and build leadership presence

  • work on your brand ima

  • identify strengths and areas of growth, obtain and analyse feedback

Becoming a manager for the first time is a rollercoaster: it is not just a new role, it’s a new identity and requires you to embrace different behaviours and a different mindset.

Transitioning into a new role

Do you feel you have been throwed from a cannonball ? I support you through your first months into your new leadership role, by focusing, prioritizing, understanding the dynamics in your new organisation and avoiding burnout - so you can perform from day 1 from a place of confidence.

We may work on your values, your strengths, your weaknesses or blind spots, your blockages. We may work at a “micro” level, such as supporting you in giving effective feedback. We may work at a “macro” level, such as support you in building inner confidence and embracing your identity as a leader.
