  • Coaching is a partnership between the Client and the Coach. It generally takes place over the course of 6 months, though this can be adapted.

    I combine recognised coaching tools, many of which taking their root in positive psychology, cognitive behaviroal theory, freudian and jungian psychoanalysis. I combine coaching tools and questions with my own experience of life, bringing intuition, perspective and also challenge, always in a respectful way.

  • There are plenty of professional and personal development tools, books and resources out there to help you out. However, the benefit of coaching is that it creates focus, intention and a deliberate place for you to work on your goals. This means that you can expect a greater development more quickly than if you were on your own.
