I combine recognised coaching tools, many of which taking their root in positive psychology, cognitive behaviroal theory, freudian and jungian psychoanalysis. I combine coaching tools and questions with my own experience of life, bringing intuition, perspective and also challenge, always in a respectful way.

There are plenty of professional and personal development tools, books and resources out there to help you out. However, the benefit of coaching is that it creates focus, intention and a deliberate place for you to work on your goals. This means that you can expect a greater development more quickly than if you were on your own.
